EYEBROW TINTING
CARE TIPS

AFTERCARE

Follow these after care tips for longer lasting results

Keep Dry & Oil Free

Keep brows dry for at least 24-48 hours.

Avoid excess heat, swimming, saunas, working out for 24–48 hours as these activities can cause brow dye to not set correctly resulting in patchiness or fading.

Please note that oil based makeup and makeup removers can cause the tint/dye to fade quickly.

Avoid oil based products on or around the brows.

What to Avoid

Do not apply Retin-A, AHA’s, Glycolic acids, citric acids or exfoliates around the Brow area for the first 72 hours (minimum). Use of these products may cause patchiness or fading.

No self tanning, professional tanning or spray on makeup should be applied 48 hours prior and/or post your initial treatment for best results.

Avoid high perfumed products for at least 24 hours after your treatment.

Exposure to the Sun/UV lights for long periods can cause the tint/dye to fade quickly.

Maintenance

Maintenance is key to looking after your brow investment and maintaining your best look. You should book in for brow colour and hair growth maintenance every 3-4 weeks and every 6-8 weeks for your brow lamination (depending on your Brow growth). Tip - When you notice your brow hairs becoming unruly or messy looking please book in for your maintenance treatment.

Avoid any trimming or tweezing your brows. Leave this to your brow stylist.

Allergies

Please note: It is normal for some redness to appear with an eyebrow waxing treatment, especially in clients with sensitive skin; this redness will usually subside within a couple of hours (the length of time depends on the sensitivity of the individual's skin). If a reaction occurs please contact the stylist immediately or seek medical attention.
