At our Beauty Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Molly Jordan Beauty experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible. MJBeauty may change these policies from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page periodically to ensure that you are happy with any changes.
NEED TO CANCEL?
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments.

For all treatments, any cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Please note this is 50% of the full treatment price. You will be required to pay this deposit up front when booking your appointment.
For any cancellations outside this period, we will refund your deposit.

No Shows
Any cancellations within 24 hours, no shows or cancellations on the day of the booking will incur a 100% no show/last minute cancellation fee. You will be required to pay the full amount of the service.
​
Cancellations are accepted only by phone call or SMS to 0400 297 333. During appointments, we do not answer the phone, so please leave a message. We will get back to you as soon as we are not with a client. Please note this could be at the end of the same day.
ARRIVALS
PLEASE BE PUNCTUAL
Please arrive 5 minutes early for your first appointment, and on time for all other appointments. This will give you the necessary time to settle in and fill out any forms or use the bathroom and remove any make-up if need be.

If you arrive late, unfortunately, your appointment will not be extended. We unfortunately can’t accommodate late arrivals. Please note, late arrivals will incur a cancellation fee which is an 100% fee and you will be required to rebook in another appointment at a different time. However, we will do our best to accommodate our clients where possible.
Phones must be on silent during your appointment.

Avoid caffeine intake prior to your appointment so you can relax.
​
Due to the nature of our work, hazardous equipment used, and insurance guidelines, it is not appropriate for children or friends/family to accompany you at your appointment. If you bring a child to your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule, and this will result in your booking fee being forfeit.

To allow more focused time on your appointment, it is advised to complete any booking forms ahead of schedule. Please follow link below.
RUNNING LATE?
INFORM US IN ADVANCE
We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client or cancelled. This will then incur a 100% cancellation fee and you will be required to rebook in at a later date and time. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.
IMPORTANT
BE PREPARED
We offer professional lash and brow services therefore it is the clients responsibility to make sure all makeup product or/and old strip lash glue is removed prior to Full Lash sets and Lash Refills or brow treatments. Kindly cleanse your lashes and brows with the recommended cleanser making sure the root of your lashes is clean to ensure the best bond possible.

Please note that any reactions to any treatment is not foreseeable by Molly Jordan Beauty's skilled and trained staff. Whilst care is taken, no refunds will be issues for reactions. Molly Jordan Beauty do offer a free removal if any reactions occurs. Please contact with the salon immediately if you become aware of allergic reaction so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Molly Jordan beauty recommends booking in a patch test 48 hours prior to appointment to test for any allergic reactions. Please complete Patch Test Consent form below and book in a Patch Test.

REFUND.EXCHANGE.
RETURNS
DELIVERIES & ORDERS
Due to the nature of the products returns, exchanges or cancellations cannot be accepted, accept as permitted under Australian Law. Please ensure that when ordering a product, that it is the correct one you want. If you are unsure, please feel free to contact us prior to placing your order and we will be happy to advise suitable products.
Once delivered, the products ordered will become your responsibility and, we will not accept any liability for their loss, damage or destruction after they have been delivered.
MJBeauty cannot accept liability for items that are lost in transit. It is your responsibility to ensure that the address provided at checkout is accurate as once the order has gone through this cannot be amended, and MJBeauty will not assume any responsibility for incorrect addresses.

T&C'S
These terms apply to any contract between us for the sale of products to you. By ordering any of our products you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You agree to the Refund/Exchange/Returns Policy.
Before using any of our products, please ensure that you do a patch test on a small area of your skin. It is advisable to do this on the back of the ears to check for sensitivity or an allergic reaction. Patch tests are an easy way to help predict if you will have a negative reaction to a new product due to any allergies or sensitivities.
In the unlikely case of a severe reaction please seek professional medical advice and discontinue use immediately.
MJBeauty accepts no liability or responsibility for any adverse consequences resulting from the use of our or HDBrow products.
HEALTH & SAFETY
STAY SAFE
Due to covid19 it will be required that you cancel your appointment if you have covid19. If this lies within the cancellation policy then you will still be expected to follow the cancellation policy requests.

Refer a friend to Molly Jordan Beauty and both you and your friend will receive a 15% discount on selected treatments. This includes: (Eyebrows, Eyelashes, Facials, Facial Waxing, Add-ons) For cosmetic tattoo treatments, you or your friend will receive $40 off your touch-up appointment.

How to Redeem:
When your friend books their first appointment, they should mention your name as the referrer. You will receive your discount on your next visit after your friend's appointment is completed.

Terms and Conditions:
Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions. The 15% discount is only applicable to the selected treatments listed above. The $40 discount for cosmetic tattoo touch-ups applies only once per referral. Both discounts are non-transferable and have no cash value. ​​
