Brow Highlighter Brush
1. If you’re using a Brow Highlighter Brush, pencil, draw a thin line under the brow. If not, pick up a little product on the tip of the brush.
2. Resting the brush under the brows, pull down is short sharp motions to blend your highlight in to the brow bone.
